A busy construction company is seeking an organized construction administrative assistant to support our office with clerical and administrative tasks. You’ll help our office staff communicate with vendors and clients, obtain bids from subcontractors, and place change orders. The ideal candidate will have great computer, communication, and time management skills. Previous experience in the industry is helpful, but not required. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:
Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Accurately track income and expenses
Oversee vendor payments and payroll processing
Monitor key performance indicators and financial trends
Develop company budget
Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance
Prevent theft and fraud

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, virtual assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How long does it usually take to pass all interview stages?

It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to hear back from us. The process can be accelerated if the candidate completes the tests and videos as soon as they are received. Then it is determined by the time the client has set aside for the process.
