We are a sales development and digital marketing agency based out of Vancouver and Toronto. We help businesses grow by becoming their outsourced sales team. We are hiring an SDR to drive growth for our customers in the Tech industry.

The position is full-time, and it is remote. For this reason, we are looking for someone who is goal-driven takes initiative, and is highly competitive.

Responsibilities:
● You will be responsible for prospecting new business
● Engage prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings
● Take the initial call with the prospect to further qualify
● Strategize and utilize available programs and technologies to exceed targets
● Maintain leads in CRM and report KPIs to senior management
● Be creative and relentless in your approach to driving new business
● Create and/or optimize sales processes to help you achieve your targets
Qualifications:
● Motivated to achieve goals
● 1+ years of sales experience
● You’re technically proficient: you can understand SaaS products
● You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, produce and lead by example
● You need to be the best in what you do, competitive and driven
● Coachable, eager to learn, and can both give and receive constructive feedback
