Responsibilities
Looking for an experienced Paid Media Professional to fulfill the role of Paid Media Specialist.
Candidates must have two years of experience in Paid Media and have worked in B2B accounts.
Channels to be managed include:
- Google Ads
- Meta
- Capterra/Software Advice
Jobs to be done will include:
- Perform account and competitor audits
- Analyze past data
- Calculate benchmarks
- Setup Paid Media Strategy
- Setup Paid media accounts
- Connect all paid media assets
- Setup events and conversion tracking
- Define goals and forecasts
- Budget planning and allocation
- Plan and launch Paid Media campaigns
- Campaign optimization and testing
- Setup remarketing campaigns
- Explore other platforms
- Manage 3 clients
Required experience:
- 2 years in Paid Media with at least 2 channels mentioned above
- Have managed direct report & Trained paid media professionals
- Have created b2B campaigns strategies from zero
- Have managed budgets over $50,000 monthly
Additional experience in the following is preferred:
- Landing Page creation
- Ad Copy Draft creation & Iteration
- Experience with the following software:
- Semrush
- Clariti
- Hubspot

Salary: Starting at $2,300 ( more can be negotiated based on experience and skillset)
