Looking for an experienced Paid Media Strategist to fulfill the role of Paid Media Manager.
Candidates must have experience training & managing interns, as well as other Paid media specialists. Audiences to be managed are mostly B2B Saas companies in the North American market, with ACVs north of $20,000.
Channels to be managed include:
- Google Ads
- Meta
- Capterra/Software Advice
Jobs to be done will include:
- Perform account and competitor audits
- Analyze past data
- Calculate benchmarks
- Setup Paid Media Strategy
- Setup Paid media accounts
- Connect all paid media assets
- Setup events and conversion tracking
- Define goals and forecasts
- Budget planning and allocation
- Plan and launch Paid Media campaigns
- Campaign optimization and testing
- Setup remarketing campaigns
- Explore other platforms
- Manage 4 clients
- Coach & mentor Paid Media Strategist
- Update Internal Documentation & processes
Required experience:
- 3 years in Paid Media with 3 of the channels mentioned above
- Have managed direct report & Trained paid media professionals
- Have created b2B campaigns strategies from zero
- Have managed budgets over $50,000 monthly
Additional experience in the following is preferred:
- Landing Page creation
- Ad Copy Draft creation & Iteration
- Experience with the following software:
- Semrush
- Clariti
- Hubspot
